TRAUMA

Trauma affects us both mentally and physically. Whether it stems from a single event or prolonged exposure to stress, trauma can deeply impact your sense of safety, trust, and overall well-being. Our experienced therapists, serving the Rockwall and Heath area, work with children, teens, and adults and understand that trauma is complex and highly personal.

We utilize evidence-based therapies to address both the psychological and physiological effects of trauma. These include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Brainspotting, and somatic-based approaches to help process traumatic experiences and reduce distressing symptoms.

Our goal is to help you regain a sense of stability, safety, and control at a pace that feels appropriate for you. We are committed to providing steady, professional support as you move toward healing and renewed strength.
