She offers a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel safe to share at their own pace. Together, she works with clients to identify meaningful, realistic goals and develop a personalized path forward, with the intention that each person feels heard, supported, and understood throughout the process.
Megan works with teens, couples, and adults navigating life transitions and the emotional challenges that come with everyday life. She is passionate about helping clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create lasting, meaningful change in their relationships, work, and personal well-being.
Her areas of focus include ADHD, anxiety, depression, stress, and anger management, as well as relationship concerns, parenting challenges, school and career issues, and matters related to self-esteem and identity. Megan’s approach is collaborative and client-centered, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a person-centered framework to help clients better understand how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected. She emphasizes practical strategies that support growth, resilience, and confidence in daily life.
Outside of her work, Megan enjoys spending time with her loved ones and staying connected to what brings her joy. She can often be found cheering on her daughter at performances or on the softball field, getting lost in a good book, or unwinding with reality TV. Megan brings a genuine, approachable presence into the therapy space, creating an environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves.
