ADHD

ADHD is a neurodevelopmental disorder characterized by difficulties with attention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity. While it is often diagnosed in childhood, ADHD can persist into adulthood, presenting challenges at every stage of life. Our experienced therapists, serving the Rockwall and Heath area, work with children, teens, and adults and understand that ADHD is highly individualized.

ADHD can impact focus, organization, decision-making, emotional regulation, academic performance, work responsibilities, and relationships.

We utilize evidence-based strategies shown to be effective in managing ADHD symptoms. These may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), behavioral interventions, executive functioning skills training, and mindfulness practices to strengthen self-awareness and self-regulation.

In addition to therapy sessions, we provide practical support such as developing organizational systems, time management strategies, and study or work techniques to improve daily functioning.

Our goal is to help individuals with ADHD better understand their strengths, reduce obstacles, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
