You might be here because something isn’t working the way you hoped, for you or for your child, and it’s starting to feel frustrating or overwhelming. Perhaps you’ve already tried a few approaches and nothing has quite stuck. In this space, you don’t have to have it all figured out. Fidel works collaboratively with clients to slow things down, gain clarity, and begin building practical, meaningful strategies that truly fit your life.

Fidel works with children, adolescents, and adults, with a focus on supporting individuals and families navigating ADHD, school-related challenges, emotional regulation, and difficulties with focus, organization, and follow-through. He has particular experience working with gifted and creative children who may struggle to translate their thoughts into action or keep pace with expectations, as well as adults facing similar patterns in their daily lives.

His approach is structured, collaborative, and grounded in a person-centered foundation. Fidel integrates evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), along with parent coaching, to help clients build skills that extend beyond the therapy room. His work emphasizes practical tools, real-life application, and developmentally appropriate support tailored to each individual.

Outside of his clinical work, Fidel enjoys spending time with family and recharging through simple, active pursuits like basketball, tennis, and walking, as well as listening to music and podcasts. He brings a down-to-earth, genuine presence into the therapy space, believing that meaningful progress happens when clients feel comfortable, understood, and able to show up as themselves
